It's a .......

TURKEY??
I wasn't going to be able to go to my regular doctor for my 20 week ultrasound, so I found a clinic that has an ultrasound tech come in once a week. When he asked me what I needed (after the nurse told him I was there for a full OB ultrasound), I wondered what I was in for. I couldn't see a thing during the ultrasound, because he had a laptop on a cart and he had to move the cart to show me anytime I asked to see, which prevented him from continuing. He kept promising great pictures, so I accepted that and figured I'd at least get to see some great still shots.
Well, he gave me my pictures, and here is the first one I saw--the one resembling a turkey.

It is pretty cute with the crossed legs and all.

The second, third, and fourth pictures were of the baby's leg. Just so I'm fully aware, this baby has legs. An indicator that I have a runner coming my way, perhaps? I'm pretty certain there's a head too, I just didn't get any pictures of that this time around!

While the pictures aren't stellar (that is, if you don't consider a baby resembling a turkey to be cool), we did at least find out the sex. While I was almost convinced that I'd have a baby boy to name after my dad (a name chosen long ago, but even more meaningful now), we're having baby girl #2!
I'm hoping that my regular doctor will still send me to get another ultrasound!

Birthday, 20 weeks, new hair, dancing and smiles!

The picture on the left was taken on my birthday, also the 20 week marker for the baby.
The picture on the right was a result of me wanting a picture in Evi's cute new pajama's and Evi just wanting to dance!

Me and my girl
One with a super cheese, and I couldn't resist including the funny face. I think she had a "spicey" bite of a candy.
